My KOALA arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. If your KOALA arrived damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately.

Email us at hello@hangtimegear.com within 7 days of delivery with:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the damage
3. Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We'll send a replacement at no cost to you. No need to return the damaged item.
