All HANGTIME products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers:
- Material defects (tears, seam failures, hardware malfunctions)
- Workmanship issues that affect the product's intended function
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
