Onward may ask you to wait at least 5 business days to allow the carrier time to deliver the package. Onward may also ask you to confirm your shipping address and check front door camera footage and with neighbors/doormen/etc. for evidence of delivery.
- If an order is being reported as anything other than delivered for an unreasonable amount of time, we can safely conclude that the item is lost.
- If a scan was missed, the package was misplaced, or simply did not ship, it is unlikely that the status will change to delivered. At this point, Onward can step in and go to bat for you!
- For US domestic shipments where the tracking status is not “delivered”, Onward considers a package to be lost by the carrier if there have been no tracking updates for at least 7 days.
