How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@hangtimegear.com with:

1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you want to return or exchange
3. Your reason for returning
4. For exchanges: what you'd like instead

We'll respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and next steps. Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item.
