My order says delivered but I didn't receive it. What do I do?

First, check around your delivery location — packages are sometimes left with neighbors, at a side door, or in a mailroom.

If you still can't find it, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. They can provide GPS delivery confirmation and open a trace investigation.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us at hello@hangtimegear.com with your order number and we'll work with you to resolve it.
