    Our shipping partner is very fast. This means that almost all orders are processed and labeled within hours of being placed on our website.     Yes, for as long as you can provide us with the order number of the KOALA(s) that you have. This will help us identify the order in our system and assist you with the return.

  • Does the KOALA have any eco-benefits?

    One of our goals as a company is to reduce e-waste in our natural landscapes (lost or fallen phones) and in landfills (damaged, then trashed phones). We see our place in the chain as extending the lives of these tiny computers that are now part of our everyday adventures.

  • Do you have a list of any local or international resellers?

    Early on, the founder took several naming options to his teenage daughter and the name KOALA was the big winner. We love the idea of the KOALA being a hug for your phone.

  • Where do you ship from?

    Our fulfillment partner is based in Cicero, IL, where your order is shipped from. However, Hangtime and the Hangtime Team are based in Sante Fe, NM.

  • Where is the KOALA Manufactured?

    The KOALA was designed, prototyped, and tested in Santa Fe, NM. For manufacturing, we looked first at the US but ended up with an industry-leading partner in Shenzhen, China.

  • Why does the HANGTIME logo look like a sloth instead of a koala?

    Good eye! HANGTIME started as a hammock brand, with a sloth as our mascot.

  • Will I get Eco Packaging for KOALA 2.0?

    KOALA 2.0 packaging is made from 100% recycled paper and is completely recyclable.

  • Will you now use Eco Packaging for all your products?

    We will be using Eco Packaging for the KOALA 2.0. Our goal is to work toward using 100% recycled paper packaging and mailers.
